Beautiful but beware of the delivery!

Beautiful, beautiful dresser, but please beware of the delivery. Although I paid $75 to have it placed in the room, I didn’t pay for the cardboard removal, which I thought I could do myself, but you can’t because all they do is drop it in your room and it’s completely sealed and wrapped. It’s a nightmare to have it unwrapped and it’s 225 pounds and to top it off the installers dropped it off facing the wrong direction so I couldn’t even open the drawers. Again, beautiful piece of furniture but really tricky delivery. Make sure you pay all the fees unless you have someone very strong to help you move it.

Hi Eileen, thank you for your kind words about the dresser! We appreciate your feedback on the delivery process and will pass it along to improve our service. We're glad you love the piece despite the delivery challenges. If you need any assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out!
