Shipping Policy
At Highbury Furnishings, we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Here is everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed by our warehouse within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders are delivered within 4-6 business days after processing. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. White Glove orders often take significantly longer to deliver – often 4 weeks or more.
Delivery Options
We offer two levels of delivery service:
Curbside Delivery (Default) Your item will be lowered from the truck to the curb. From there, it will be your responsibility to bring it inside.
White Glove Room of Choice Delivery Available for purchase in your cart. With this option, the carrier will bring your item inside your home and up to two flights of stairs, and will remove all packaging materials. Please note that additional charges may apply for oversized items that require extra assistance. This will take an estimated 4 weeks for arrival as it is processed and scheduled through JB Hunt.
We work with several carriers and will select the best option based on your location and order contents. Additional fees may apply depending on your location and the scope of services requested.
Confirming Your Delivery
If the carrier contacts you to confirm delivery, please contact them within the next 48 business hours to avoid potential storage fees.
Please note:

You are not selecting your delivery date or time; you only need to confirm the delivery details provided by the carrier.

Requesting a delivery reschedule (changing the assigned date/time) may result in an additional $67.50 fee.

Reconsigning or redirecting the shipment after confirmation may result in an additional $150 fee.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery — do not wait. We strongly advise against holding your item while awaiting the completion of a home renovation or other project. Damage and defect claims must be submitted within 2 days of delivery, regardless of whether you have had a chance to use or assemble the item.
Reporting Damage or Missing Parts
If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Email our Customer Service team at support@highburyfurnishings.com with photos of the issue and we will work quickly to make it right.
If we are not notified within 2 days of delivery, any repair or replacement costs will become your responsibility.
Our Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays to home improvement projects caused by shipping timelines. We recommend scheduling contractors or professionals only after your order has been received and inspected.
Damage to your home caused by a delivery carrier is not our responsibility. In such cases, you will need to file a claim directly with the freight company.
Product Descriptions & Color Variations
We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, in the event of a typographical or pricing error — including errors in information received from our manufacturers or distributors — we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any affected orders.
Because our furniture is crafted from natural materials, there may be slight variations in color, grain, or finish between product photos and the actual item you receive. These natural variations are a characteristic of quality craftsmanship and are not grounds for a return or cancellation.
