Q: Can your product be purchased without a countertop or sink?
A: Currently, all of our fully assembled items will arrive including the countertop and sink. These items are pre-assembled and pre-packaged before shipment, so they cannot be altered. We hope to provide more options for customization in the near future. The countertops are removable via bolts for an easier moving process if needed.
Q: What is the shipping/lead time?
A: Delivery times vary depending on the method chosen at checkout.
Curbside: Delivered to the curb. Arrival takes between 4-6 business days after processing. (Free)
White Glove: Delivered to your room of choice. Can take 4 weeks or longer to arrive. (Pricing options available at checkout depending on your space)
Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: Once the carrier has picked up your order from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and carrier name via email. Please use that number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Q: What are your vanities made of?
A: We use a solid wood frame for strength, paired with MDF and premium hardwood veneers on the larger surfaces to ensure dimensional stability. Since large spans of solid wood naturally warp and crack over time, this hybrid design keeps your piece perfectly flat and structurally sound — combining the beauty of real wood with a lifetime of durability.
Q: How can I stay updated on restocking?
A: If an item is currently out of stock, you can click the "Notify Me When Restocked" button on the product listing to receive an update when it becomes available. Items that are out of stock and unavailable for purchase will display an "Sold Out" tag on the product listing.
