I fell in love with this vanity online and I was not disappointed when it arrived. Customer service was great. Quick, seamless delivery and the quality is excellent. I will try to add photos when it is finally installed.

The vanity is beautiful! I can’t wait to finish my bathroom. This was the first thing I bought and I’m designing around it. The delivery company wasn’t the greatest. It would be nice if there was an offer of service that brought the item in to the house.

Good vanity, terrible delivery experience

The vanity is good quality, but we had a terrible delivery experience. We were informed of the delivery window after it started. They then delivered the vanity outside the window, 10 minutes before a massive thunderstorm began, soaking the entire box.

Wonderful vanity and customer service

I absolutely love my new vanity. It is beautiful, well constructed and will last the test of time. I am even more impressed by my experience with Highbury's customer service however. After a couple shipping/delivery issues, they truly went above and beyond to rectify the situation. It is rare to receive such exceptional customer service and I look forward to shopping with them again in the future.
